  I had a kennel scheduled for my two dogs for 12 days. We got a call back from Country Estate Kennel for an opening over there, so we took it. When I called Bed and Biscuit back to let them know we didn't need the kennel anymore, the old man yelled at me and was extremely unprofessional. He complained that it was the Holidays and that he turned down tons of people because he was "holding" the kennel for us. Isn't that what they make waiting lists for? That's exactly what Country Estate Kennel did - they put us on a wait list and called us when there was an opening. I'm not sure how hard it is to do that, but the manager of this kennel should consider that and act a little more professional/kind to his customers. Don't bring your pets here unless you want crappy customer service from an angry old man.
