  Renting movies at any of the store locations isn't to much of a hassle as far as the customer service goes, but trying to get help with service for the Selectell Wireless Phone that some of the stores offer is damb near impossible. You would have better luck at winning the lottery. I had a technical problem with the phone I purchased through their store about the second month of service renewal. I returned to the store location 3 times that month just to be told each time by both employees on duty that they did not have the training to operate or deal with Selectell wireless customer care. Each time there were two different employees on duty, yet they were not able to help with the issue I was having with the phone service. A week after my phone was shut off the following month I was finally able to get my service renewed. There was finally someone in the store that knew a Lil bit about Selectell wireless. Even then I knew more than the employee did on how to work the phone or how to diagnose the problem. She chatted online with the customer service just for them to tell her the exact same thing I told her what was wrong with the phone. So after 2 hours of her chatting and trying different options she got the phone to work on the internet but still couldn't make a phone call. So another hour goes by and tech service told her to give me a new Sim card and a new phone device because they thought they were both faulty. But turns out when I get home it still didn't work properly. I found out another week later that the employee just wasn't activating the phone device to mate with the Sim card. Could have saved alot of headache if the proper training was given to all employees. All employees were in training to b store managers to run their own store. Can't say I'd trust them running my store if they can't follow simple directions or operate a cell phone, today's technologies aren't that difficult to operate. Common sense goes a long way which most people lack these days due to how lazy they really are. I'll go with a name brand phone carrier next time.
