  I was disappointed been in this bank yesterday, the services here is terribly slow and seems no one knows their Job. No one was available/ able to make a Wire transfer for me- not even the Manager .So I decided to make a withdrawal, which took a whole hour to do.
  How on earth will you tell me I can't withdraw a CASH deposit that was made into my account hours earlier and it took them almost an hour to process my withdrawal of few dollars - wasted my precious time! The manager, Teresa, simply doesn't know what she's doing, she NEEDS further training! You should know that CASH deposits should be available for immediate withdrawal.
  She couldn't coordinate the other employees right.
  FYI- Earlier today, I went into another bank to withdraw the same amount which took them less than 6 min..
  I hope you improve your services..
  Three other customers left because no one was available to attend to them- that shouldn't happen.
