  Took my car in to Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers - Shiloh last weekend and they said whoever changed my oil last time screwed things up and put the drain plug back in terribly damaging the threads.
  
  When I informed them that THEY had been the ones to change the oil last, they changed their tune to blame wear and tear.
  
  Rather than deal with the lying and excuses I took the car into Brian at Bertco Automotive. He fixed the problem, changed my oil, and noticed a broken part that Dobbs hadn't caught!
  
  I'm so glad we'll be living close to Bertco again and I can stop dealing with Dobbs completely.
