  We had gone 4 days ago and got phones there. Well they're real slow so we went in and asked for an exchange. The manager there was screaming at me and being very rude (with other customers in the store) finally after calling customer service and having her listen to how he was talking, he finally decided to exchange our phones. Will deff be switching carriers already.
