  Very unfriendly, uncompassionate staff! I was 13 min late for my first apt and they insisted I reschedule because I was too late. They refused to try to work me into the schedule for later today even though I heard one of the receptionists take a cancellation call for an apt later in the day. It was even with the same dr as the one I was scheduled with! I had hired a sitter to watch the kids, drove all the way out to this new dr office in below freezing temps (painful on my arm) at 7:30 am...only to be turned away. I'm literally in tears about this experience.
