  When it comes to fried chicken - never listen to your co-workers. My mom and I visited Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken on the recommendation of a coworker. "We can take this place of the list" was the first thing my mom said after taking one bite of the chicken. I had the same reaction. I've eaten a lot of chicken in my life, some good, some not so good. For a chicken place to be taken off my, and my mom's, list means the chicken wasn't good at all. Makes me wonder about my coworker's chicken standards because Lee's is up-to-par.
