  First and last time here. Saturday early afternoon one person in front of me and still waiting for almost an hour. Only 6 people working. Then takes someone before me just because she's getting less done. No, it's first come first serve. Horrible customer services got them this bad rating. Over two hours later. My nails are not done properly they are still filed uneven after I told her to redo them twice in the process she made me bleed from my manicure with the clipping tool. Will never come back again.
