The technician appeared fairly promptly, the staff were extraordinarily courteous in person and on the phone, and the work was performed quickly and efficiently. The young man who swept my chimney advised me how to avoid further cracking of the firebox; removed the antiquated, poorly designed fire grate and installed a new one, all at a reasonable price. Good people, good work.
