  I've been going to Fast Fitness since September. I absolutely LOVE it!! The trainers are fabulous and they go above and beyond to make sure you are getting fit and doing it safely too. I am now down 15lbs and I feel STRONG! I still have more to lose but I know Fast Fitness with guide me every step of the way. The workout is only 30 minutes a day and everyday is a new workout. Not only are there fabulous trainers, there are also fabulous people just like YOU! I have met the most kind and supportive group there can be at a boot camp. Their support is inspiring and motivates you to push yourself during your 30 minute workout and keeps you accountable (which I need). Thank you to my new Fast Fitness Family!

  I attend the Edwardsville location and could not be happier with my classes!! Variety, fun, pain and the feeling of accomplishment. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. That's great for me since I'm the kind of person that loves positive energy.....
  
  If you looking for a place to get your workout on that will NEVER be the same old thing everyday.....come on by, you won't regret it Chad and Val are AWESOME!
