  Won't do substitutions for meats. For example, if you want a Club, but cannot eat the ham, they won't let you have extra slices of turkey in its place. Also they tend to be slow. I ordered using the Subway app, and they did not make it until I got there. When using the app, you are paying in advance so you can skip the line and just pick it up. There weren't any other customers there and the excuse was they just wanted to make sure I was coming. Even if I didn't show up, it was paid for and wouldn't have hurt their food costs.
  
  I gave two stars because it is Subway after all, and the food tastes good.
