  Amazing customer service! My sales rep. (Ambria J) was great, she worked with me EFFORTLESLY and left no information out. As a college student and my first time venturing off to a new phone company and handling my own expenses, I wasn't sure what to expect but she made it so easy. Aside from her great work ethic and skills she poses for the company, she also engaged in great conversation. It didn't feel like It was just business she made this a comfortable transition and gave off a very friendly and fresh vibe! Overall I give my service a 100% and will return here and request this t-mobile to anyone who needs service as well:)

  SCAM my mom bought a phone from them and was promised service would work in our new town, she was promised a full refund and when she went to return it the guy with the blonde hair refused to give us any money back, and said he would take the phone and take her name off the plan but she would get no money back, don't waste your time Here. Its the horrible service.
