  Poor customer service, very unorganized. Very poor communication. Started the process of purchasing my doors in May and still do not have install date. Every week when I call the give me a new date that the doors are supposedly going to be coming in. I thought Wilke was supposed to be the best, when I get ready to do my windows I will definitely not use them again. Has been a very poor experience all around.
